Doug Garvie

Doug Garvie has over 23 years’ experience in the commercial property markets on the Gold Coast specializing in Office and retail sales and Leasing. Before this he had 13 years’ experience in sports marketing and management with various basketball Associations throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Throughout his recent work period in commercial sales and leasing, Doug has proven to be a highly effective negotiator across a broad range of fields completing over 920 transactions. He has also demonstrated the unique ability to think outside the square with regards to negotiations and presentations of property.

Doug is also a Board Member of the Southport Chamber of Commerce since 2022. He has previously volunteered as a Board Member of the Gold Coast Basketball Association which is the largest association in Queensland and until recently was member of the Surfers Paradise Sunrise Rotary club.
