Chateaux Realty  was established in 1995 by Chris Bradford, a well respected name in real estate on the Gold Coast. At the time the company's focus was on residential property sales. In 2004, the company joined forces with an American company, Coldwell Banker and became Coldwell Bank Chateaux Realty winning numerous awards for the most sucessful office outside the U.S.A. Shortly thereafter Greg and Nicole Swemmer, both highly experienced in real estate, formed an association with Chris and Chateaux diversified into the commercial property market and property management.

At the end of 2007 the company chose to revert to a boutique agency focusing on providing valued clients with informed advice and personalized service, as it continues to do to this day.
